Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Jini.cloud ("Service"), operated by Amigo Softcom LLP ("we", "us", "our"), a limited liability partnership registered in India. By using our Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Jini.cloud provides AI-assisted software development services with human oversight. We deliver code changes as pull requests to your connected repositories.

2. Account Requirements

• You must provide accurate contact information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must have the authority to grant us access to the repositories you connect
• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Service for any illegal or harmful purpose

4. Intellectual Property

Your code remains yours. You retain all ownership rights to your code and repositories. We do not claim any ownership of the code you provide or the code we deliver to you.

The code we deliver to you is your property. You may use it for any purpose, including commercial purposes, without restriction.

5. Payment Terms

• Pricing is as agreed upon in your service agreement
• Payment is due according to the terms in your agreement
• We may suspend service for overdue payments
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified

6. Service Level

We strive to provide high-quality, production-ready code. However, we do not guarantee that our code will be error-free. You are responsible for testing and reviewing all code before deploying to production.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all code and project information as confidential. We will not disclose your code or business information to third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jini shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service at any time. You may pause or cancel your service at any time with no lock-in or long-term commitment required.

Upon termination, we will cease all work and you will retain access to all code delivered to your repositories.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.
